Electric power washers require less maintenance than gas-powered models. Electric models are quieter than gas-powered washers. They need less space and no special preparation when put in storage for both short and long periods. If the need arises, electric power washers can be used indoors as they don't produce toxic fumes like gas models. |

| It is one of the highest psi electric pressure washers available today for almost $100. dollars less (counting S&H) than many I checked out online and in stores. I think it did an excellent job on my deck, driveway and everything else I used it on. I like the long 30ft. hose and adjustable psi gun. Compared to the 1300 psi washer I had it works far better and it cost me $70.for a reconditioned one at Big Lots ,which had a short and cheap hose. The only improvement they could do is put better wheels on it because it does weigh 44 lbs. But my overall comment it's well worth $149.00 . |
Best one yet, well it was........

I have had several electric pressure washers, and they all have their issues. Lots of cheap plastic parts, low pressure, etc. This has its share of them but it seems a little sturdier and the pressure is the best I have had from an electric unit. I have had gas ones also that have their problems, mostly from setting up so long. I have used this one on several projects and it actually surprised me on how good it is. Its a great buy at this price if it even just last a couple of years.
UPDATE: Maybe I got my moneys worth, but after 6 months of use it died. I am looking for another, doubt it will be earthwise. Cant find parts or customer service. I used this washer maybe 12-15 times. first the pressure switch went out that cycles the motor on and off when you let off of the trigger. then the pump just started losing pressure. Set out for trash and now looking for another one. |

| I used this pressure washer on the house, sidewalk and brick porch. It did an excellent job removing the mold and mildrew. You have to take it slow and use steady sweeping motions. |

Received this from Amazon yesterday and have spent the day doing a number of projects with it (driveway, vinyl siding, engine compartment of a car I am working on, etc...). Overall, I am very pleased. The pressure is pretty impressive for an electric unit and the nozzle allows for easy adjustment of the stream width.
The quality of the device is similar to what you would get from a residential vacuum cleaner, which means that it seems like it will hold up ok, but there are parts that could easily be broken if you were careless. The water input is probably the most likely thing to break as it is plastic and someone tripping over the hose could break it off. Also, you have to push pretty hard the first time or two to get the quick-connect to catch. That said, for a non-commercial unit, it is not bad at all and seems as good as anything else in the price range if not better.
The biggest complaint I have is with the instruction manual. It tells you nothing. I could not figure out how to get the detergent dispenser to work and called their customer service number. I mentally prepared myself for the multiple phone prompts and broken english, but I was pleasantly suprised as person with an American accent picked up the phone immediately, was friendly, and had the information to help me (the detergent only works on low pressure - again, something that should be in the manual, but isn't).
If you are looking for an inexpensive, around-the-house pressure washer and need something a little more powerful than the baseline units, this one would be a good consideration. |
